Didn't think self-service AI would work well...I was wrong

It really is easy to use, and, if you have an intermediate level of data manipulation skills, then this is even easier for you to use.

Setup and initial launch requires a bit too much reading FOR ME. However, my technical team could easily manage it after that.

Great, but not a free alternative to Mailparser

Yorumlar: Mailparser recently discontinued its free plan and so I was looking for a low priced entry alternative and wanted to check out Parsio. I mistakenly thought it was 30 credits/mo which would have been sufficient but it's only 30 credits total. My needs are for simple email (not document) parsing, standardized emails from vacation rental platforms. Mailparser allows multiple steps of textual refinement whereas Parsio deals with a visual interface of the email and then offers minimal refinement. It separated my email from its attachment which, if document parsing were required, would be very helpful.

Not the greatest

Yorumlar: My overall experience with Parsio wasn't the greatest. I wasn't able to accomplish the task I was needing to get done.

I can't exactly pinpoint anything that I would say that I liked about Parsio.

The directions on how to parse emails wasn't fully clear. I was trying to set up a parse to capture web URL links from inside emails and I tried setting up the parse but I wasn't able to get the results that I was looking for.

No more Data Entry

Parsio was incredibly easy to use and get started. I created a template and right away Parsio grabbed form information and saved it to a Google Sheet.

I would like more field formatters so I can format phone numbers correctly. I would also like more post-processing control by allowing for more Python libraries.

Parsing Docs

Yorumlar: My experience was fully good with Parsio. It saves me and my team more time. The Export as Table option is Good and going to explore it soon.

PDF parsing is the most useful tool for me because all my clients usually send a PDF so I have to manually get the details from the PDF but now using this tool helps me to ease my things.

Precise OCR tool

A nice little way to step in to AI without the high price tag of Microsoft AI builder

We came across this as we were looking for alternatives to AI Builder because we are not that even the entry level of documents to make the price tag of $500 a month pay. This helps us extract data from pdf documents to use elsewhere.

Good for data parsing!

It did exactly what I need it to do. I need to parse data from a PDF to convert it into an Excel sheet. This saved so much time where I would have have to manually input all the data in myself.

It is kind of expensive for the monthly subscription. Depending on what you need it may be worth the money to save that time!

Parsio has helped me integrateswith the tools I am already using, allowing me to export leads data from my emails to Google Sheets, automatically parse PDF invoices and import them into my accounting software, and upload attachments to cloud storage.

Yorumlar: Very pleasnt experience. Unfortunately, we are a small outfit with tight budget constraints so my use will be limited.

The OCR extraction seemed accurate and on-point, which helped a lot to compile a merged dataset consisting of information from multiple PDF documents. Not only has it helped me to compile a dataset much quicker than having to manually capture data from hardcopy, but it also avoids potential entry errors.

I do not think I scratched the surface of Parsio's capabilities, and my tasks were very rudimentary, which Parsio executed well. Due to the fact that I did not "deep dive" I could not find anything to fault.

I love the friendly interface, and the possibility of making my data extraction easy, especially as a solopreneur I don't have much time to transfer hundreds of data in an excel file. It would take me an entire day. With this I can make my day free!

Parsio Review

It was really very easy to setup. I wanted to check how good business card ocr performed and it was able to extract the right information 95% of the times even it degraded images. Since it provides several integration option, it is very easy to send a request and via API and listen to responses from webhooks out of the box.

I did not find any limitations so far since it worked perfectly good out of the box for the use case I had in mind
