Yorumlar: My experience has been positive in terms of easy use, survey customization . However, occasional issues with audience targeting, lack of notifications for erros, and the manual process for uploading user lists can be frustating. Despite these drawbacks, it remains a valuable tool for gathering user feedback.

Its ease to use, allows you to quicly create targeted surveys, helping to gather valuable feedback direcly from users. Its really simple to use and to launch. So it really help me , since recruite users to gather quantiative and qualitative feedbacks. It has multiple formats. And analyzins results its really easy, with clear dashboards and easy exports.

Sometimes , survicate has issues with audience targeting, where surveys in wrong language start appearing on pages that shouldnt have them. Additionally, im currently experiencing a lack of responses to surveys, and im not sure why. It doesnt seem to be related to user behavior - it feels like something within the tool itself. This means Ill need to open support ticket, which is frustating. It would be helpful if the tool could automatically detect issues or notify users when something goes wrong. More comprehensive dashboards and integrations with tools like maze would also be a great addition. Another pain point is uploading specific users lists - currently, it has to be done one by one, which is extremely time - consuming. There should be an option to upload entire lists to create targeted segmentes more efficiently.

Survicate is really easy to use and the customer service is fantastic! Easy to build surveys, control integrations, and share with other teammates. Love the analytics and AI template creation features.

Would love more features for native image hosting and the ability to embed prototypes with standard design tools like Figma (iframe or embedded links). You can still embed images but it requires your own image hosting solution and embedded HTML tags, so it just takes more time and isn't very flexible.

Yorumlar: overall, its great!! thy customer support is great , the resources are valuable for quick fixes and questions. our CSM is very helpful as well which makes it easier to fix any issues. The product team at Survicate take customer feedback seriously and incorporate change quickly which is great!

Great tool for collecting feedback both on web and app

Yorumlar: At our company, we use Survicate to collect feedback from our users across our different sites, in different languages, both on the web and in the app. We love the versatility of creating segments and showing a specific survey to a specific group of users. Plus, we link these surveys to our screen recording software, so we have the feedback and what the user did in the meantime - a great mix to solve problems.

Easy of use, pricing, versatility, scalability, support, integration with other tools, "topics" functionality... it was a great discovery for us and offers all we need for our end-user surveys.

For our necessities I have no complaints about it. Maybe more design options, but they release new features from time to time.

Top shelf service for a great product!

Yorumlar: It's a tool I use daily and that I am getting to know more and more. It's valuable and delivers me data and conclusions as to how I deal. It feels like there are more options than I know of, but their customer service always feels close when needed

The service is great. You can get in touch easily and really fast, and the answers are always correct and brought to you in a friendly way!

There is a lot that can be done that did not feel intuitive to me. So it took me a while to find out that some options were available, and what they meant/did. There is a knowledge base and enought information on the website, but I did not take the time to dive in to that

The platform performs as advertised, but the thing that makes Survicate stand out is the support if you have questions. The employees there are very knowledgeable and have been able to solve each challenges I've had.

There were a couple of issues with email security software duplicating responses to surveys. Survicate was able to help me resolve them, but it would have been nice to know what was a potential issue when I was earlier in the survey design process.

Yorumlar: all in all I'm pretty satisfied with Survicate, they do what they say, the customer support is definitely out of this world and one of their strengths.

The UI is amazing, super easy to understand and the AI to create new surveys is an interesting new feature.

I had some feedback on some features but it looks like they might take some time to implement them. Also, the fact that you loose you can't pool a report from all the surveys together is not ideal. I feel they can improve the reporting part and the integration with ZD so that you could have all in Explore.

Easy setup, almost excellent

Yorumlar: Survicate was very easy to set up and create a survey. Running the survey and viewing the results was also a pleasant experience. There are a few missing features that would elevate Survicate to be a truly excellent product.

As an iOS developer the iOS documentation for setting up in app surveys was very clear and made running the first survey really easy.

There are two features I feel are missing that would make the experience even better. The first is for iOS in app surveys a way to detect that a user is about to be a given a survey and have the ability to not show it in that moment if they user is doing something else more important. The second being a way to make free text questions mandatory.

Yorumlar: I had to get my user id transferred from a previous employee. In the meantime i had to use his account log in. Upon logging into his account, there was no data. I reached out to Survicate team for help, and they were able to help within an hour. They said it was because they had removed previous employees access to the company info.
Why not just delete him from the user base? Otherwise, overall software works fine. It doesn’t have as many bell and whistles as it’s compettitors, but the functionality is there and pretty user friendly.

From an admin perspective, when you have a lot of continuous responses, the responses are hard to navigate on-screen. I wish there was a “view all” where i could filter responses by date range. From a user perspective, pop up surveys are irritating to the user and a dated feature.

Easy to use, customisable

Yorumlar: It's great to be able to launch website intercept surveys so quickly and easily, user-friendly interface. There are lots of customisation options in terms of who the surveys are displayed to, where and when on the website. The outputs and exports of data are also great, user friendly and detailed. Customer service has been very quick and helpful, functions that are not yet included in the software seem to be taken on board for consideration.

Yorumlar: Survicate helps us increase conversion rates of our website. We collect users’ feedback and turn it into improvements. Setting up is easy similar to other analytical tools – a few lines of JavaScript code so the marketing team can handle it on its own. We noticed one drawback: no integrations with Unbounce and Optimizely.

Survicate helps us generate leads

Yorumlar: This is a nice tool for collecting leads. Targeting allows to show surveys and leads only to users who are likely to be interested in purchasing. Most of leads forwarded to the sales team was of high quality and many resulted in closed sales. Without Survicate we would not have acquired those customers.
