Track progress, milestones and meet sprint goals - ClickUp

Yorumlar: I have been using it for 2 years, overall is a good product and experience is good. It comes with integration of CI/CD tools like github so that team members can collaborate together. I also use it to track my daily tasks, progress and milestones achieve. It helps me meet deadlines by timely tracking

I like the UI, it is a modularised platform. It helps product managers to organise sprints and assign tasks to team members to reach milestones. It helps to track progress of the project, goals , milestones, etc. It comes with integration of CI/CD tools like github and gitlab

It is costlier in comparison to similar products in market. Slightly organisation of tasks, allocation to sprint, filling in the fields relevant to the task is slightly complex

Inflexible system

Yorumlar: We use it a lot but compared to Excel, I find it inflexible and not intuitive

Task Manager and CRM for all!

Yorumlar: Fantastic! We are an accounting firm and being able to track tasks and history was great. The change in the platform made things a little tricky but good!

I love the customizability of the platform. Very versatile and can be used by seemingly any type of organization

Not super intuitive on the automations and the structure changed making it harder to understand how tasks and subtasks work. Subtasks can get buried if not careful

Customizable Task and Workflow Management Solution

Task and workflow management with the tool is easier and straightforward. Its affordable compared to its competition but meets the requirements. Offers strong collaboration features such as whiteboard, team messaging and commenting. Integrates with a number of solution such as zapier, dropbox, etc.

Eksileri:

Due to its complexity, beginner may find it overwhelming.

Great option for task management.

Yorumlar: I highly recommend ClickUp to colleagues and clients who need an effective tool for managing their daily tasks.

ClickUp has been a game-changer for managing the tasks involved in completing client work. I needed a tool to organize tasks instead of keeping everything in my head, and Excel just wasn’t cutting it. ClickUp has proven to be an effective and user-friendly solution for my business.

Love everything about ClickUp, but beware of the cost creep!

Yorumlar: Overall, I like it. I really like that my team can seamlessly communicate via email to my clients right within Clickup and it is visible to the whole team. It creates a seamless client experience and cuts down on bottlenecks

I love the continuous updates to improve the software and the integrations with almost all of my other software to make it super easy to add and assign tasks wherever you are. The desktop app allows you to do so in real time on any website or document that you are in

There is a steep learning curve, and although I have used Asana, Trello and other project management software, this one is by far the hardest understand and get used to for me. the other part is that as they continuously evolve the product, it seems like some features that were included in the free version were move to business and enterprise, so you kind of have to use a paid version. When I was using Asana, the free version had all of the bare minimum features I needed, so the added cost is a con.

ClickNOW to ClickUp

No CRM functionality, feels like its only downfall. Having switched from insightly the whole experience is better, however it is missing that useful function.

Yorumlar: Overall, my use of ClickUp was very positive at the time I used it (in an Administrative and Executive role), and kept me on track with prioritizing tasks, projects, and reminders of important upcoming events. I used it daily for over a year, and it me keep track of everything I needed to do. I could definitely say that by using ClickUp, my stress in the role I was in was reduced, ultimately allowing me to focus and tackle large and complex projects ahead of schedule while managing ad-hoc tasks throughout the day/week.

When I first started using it, I would keep track of each and every task given to me in Clickup. This evolved from only a to-do list, to an agenda and company document and template library. I loved how easy it was to navigate, as a business alternative to Notion (which I was using for personal reasons) with similar features.

When I tried using Clickup more recently (within the past year), it seemed as though it was overloaded with new features that weren't there 2-3 years ago. It's very confusing for someone who was used to the previous ClickUp with less features (This might be the first time I've ever reviewed something poorly for having too many features).

Almost great planning tool

Yorumlar: I am overall happy about using ClickUp in my daily workflow. It is a tools that helps me with my daily tasks and organizes my work. Sometimes it can be a bit laggy, but except meetings it doesn't happen really often.

ClickUp can make your work more organized by allowing you to create various spaces in which you can divide your companies or departments to make your tasks be where they belong. You can use a few default views to sort your lists of tasks. It is perfect for managing projects, keeping your work documented and well planned. It is also great for collaboration.

Eksileri:

My biggest issue with ClickUp is it has a lot of problems during meets. I am not able to comfortably present the project to the team, or scrum along with them.

You can do it all (almost) with ClickUp

Yorumlar: Start small and build from there. We didn't dive all the way into all the features from the start, but after 1.5 years I can say it improved our operations immensely.

It's very customizable! You can turn it into anything you want it to be. Project management? Check. CRM? Check. Help desk? Done!

There's a bit of a learning curve. You have to take the time to learn the features and how they can serve you best.

The key distinctive aspect of ClickUp that can help users manage projects more efficiently is the ability to switch between the Gantt chart, the Kanban board, and the list view. The other distinctive features are the timer that is tied with the tasks and can track projects’ and teams’s activity.

On the other hand, it also means that there are at times too many features that cause some general issue, especially when dealing with large data and multiple integrations.

Easy to use as project management apps

All in one project management apps. Many things can be done such as work tracking, performance, timing, project, even social media management in one apps.

Not full enough feature for table/database view.

Great functionality, but is it over complicated?

Yorumlar: Maybe I'm just not skilled enough to take full advantage of it yet, but the complexity of it and the lack of natural UX flow put me off trying.

It can be quite confusing. I think there's an overwhelm of features and functionalities so sometimes I feel like I lost the whole benefit of managing tasks because it's all just time-consuming and over-complicated. I've been using it for a while and sometimes I still can't find what I'm looking for.. it doesn't feel intuitive.

My projects, tasks and workflows have been streamlines using ClickUp.

Wow. I love how clean, attractive and organized the UI of ClickUp was designed, it just puts everything in order and appropriately. I am also happy with how I can customize channels, templates and projects to how I know best. Incase a project is overdue or almost reaching completion, ClickUp marks it with a red colour to help you time track and know how to mitigate it. I can also communicate with teammates using the business instant messaging collaborate on a project using the Kanban and white boards. Fantastic drag and drop functionality. ClickUp has also the capability to integrate with third party platforms like Google Calendar that helps in date and time tracking.

I can't think of any dislikes at the moment simply because I have come across any.

It provides all the necessary workflow management and collaboration needs.

I loved ClickUp for its ease of use in creating to-do lists and setting timelines for them. ClickUp supports our organizational capabilities and brings members together on a single workflow chart, which unifies goals and increases focus on completing tasks on time. I loved the ease of making updates and sending alerts or inquiries to other colleagues directly from the same page. I loved that all details and inputs are documented with ClickUp, so that the project page becomes a reference for everyone to implement accurate follow-up and push pending activities. The dashboards are amazing, as they can be configured according to the project’s needs, and I loved that they are automatically updated according to the latest updates, which makes them ready to view at any time.

With the multiple versions and updates, the negatives have almost disappeared, and working with the rest of the team using ClickUp has become more efficient and enjoyable as well.

Creation of unlimited gantt charts and real-time chat for team collaboration is what I like most.

It doesn’t have built-in message board but I have merged with external apps.

Incredible for collaborative work environments. A little bit overwhelming.

ClickUp is a must for high performing teams who value execution

Yorumlar: I couldn't imagine our company without ClickUp. It continually enables us to power execution across a fast growing scale up and it continues to deliver on it's mission of a super platform with an incredible depth of features tools like Asana simple do not have.

ClickUp: PPM Tool with BIM Capabilities

ClickUp offers an extensive range of features in one place. BIM, live chat and PPM are my favorite capabilities which I use on a daily basis at workstation.
