Yorumlar: LBX is not perfect, as, at every SaaS, there are some minor bugs, but the company is approaching it very well with near to immediate solutions. Communication with LBX is easy and very responsive.

It has all the necessary features like rule-based merchandizing, synonyms and synonym suggestions (that are surprisingly good), even a tool to do A/B testing. Other than that the basics are very automated and do not need much human input.

I appreciated the kindness and skills of the people I spoke to. Having implemented other product recommendation and internal search engine tools, the complexity is equal. You have to know how to retrieve the data and communicate it properly so that Luigi's Box can work with it. It's not magic!

We had tested recommendation tools and search engines, but they weren't good enough. These tools were also dissociated, which didn't make the proposal any more relevant. Luigi's Box combines two tools but is above all based on AI. In a sector where it's difficult to get good cross-selling because the products are necessities, we've found that Luigi's is doing very well. I like Luigi's automatic email reports that I can send to the product team so that I can adapt the offer according to trends and queries without the products on offer.

Creating the product flow took longer than expected. I recommend using a flow manager to make the task easier and avoid asking too much help from a developer. It would be great if you could provide technical support in French.

As a cloud-based call center software provider, we collect a lot of data, so we needed a complex solution to search through them. Data about calls, callers, agents, automation set-ups, and call scripts is just a little piece of cake. And naturally good advanced searching is necessary. Results are provided almost instantly and are presented in a good readable way. Finally, other functionalities are so helpful in making everything so seamless.

Luigi's Box is doing pretty solid job. With them the search tool is not boring and not too lengthy. Thanks to Luigi's Box the most relevant/most popular products pop on your customer right away. This and the option to add these products straight to the cart eventually boost conversion rate. All of it happens in line with the brand and e-shop design, with great compatibility for mobile devices (today a necessity for successful shop). The second smart tool that Luigi's Box offers is product reco. We use it in cart in the manner of "Customers usually add these products" and it works quite well. When we did an A/B test, the results were pretty good: 4 % CTR and +13 % revenue growth when the Luigi's Box reco was used.
