Flexibility of SWO maintenance types is an excellent addition.  Document and pic upload is much better than x4 and actually pleasant to do.  Global search is instrumental.

It is also missing a built-in workflow for approvals of when new items/entities are created.  Could be based on user roles and permissions.

> **Eksileri**: I believe this is a con just because we are still using X4, but i would say that my biggest problem with with the system is that as a admin i have to consistently adjust licensing for users via email chains whenever my operations team members move sites or are then positioned over multiple sites.  I think once a user is added to the system that i should be able to just allow them to see what is needed.

> Overall my experience with E-maintenance is exceptional.  The team has worked with me to modify our accounts to fit our specific needs.  Our CSM is always touching base to see if there is more that they able to do to assist our needs.   Hopefully our team decides to move to X5.  I llok forward to working with the team in the future.
