Such a lovely companion
Yorumlar: I find it very and actually enjoyable to schedule meetings with different teams and finding conference rooms for in-person meetings using deskbird. It is user friendly, very easy to work with and makes team management really smooth.

Yorumlar: Deskbird is good for a small/medium team. Having desk availability at my fingertips with the neat filters worked very well.

What I liked least about deskbird is that if our team was much bigger there might be limitations for use. We also have multiple locations that I think might be a challenge to integrate as well.
Amazing software to organize workplace, I recommend it!
Yorumlar: In the office I work there are many activities happening at the same time, we are divided by teams and the teams need to use the same space. There was a problematic of scheduling the workplace spaces before and now it is easier to organize the offices by schedule and booking with anticipation. I really like it!

It is a software which really helps to organize the space-use in the office. After starting using our schedule of workplace management in the office became very efficient and organized.

Great desk and schedule booking app
Yorumlar: Great desk booking and schedule managing app, very clear overview of staff working remote or at office. Also a great app for booking meeting rooms since it synchronizes with Outlook Calender.

The ease of use and overall clear UX and UI

Some additions needed to be added by customer support in order to view our employees the presence of safety staff when booking (i.e. fire evacuators, emergency staff etc.) This set up took a bit of long time, but when done it was fully operational.
Organization of work desks
Yorumlar: A fabulous work design that allows for more order and the certainty that the reserved work space is waiting for me and I will not be left out.

Reserving desks and meeting rooms from the app is very simple and visually very modern and attractive. It is very well structured as I can choose the desk I want on the map and know if there is availability so I don't waste my time attending and then not have anywhere to work. It is a good way to keep an entire work team more organized by reserving the desk in advance before attending.
Eksileri:
The registration with the QR code does not always connect the first time. Sometimes I have had to try up to three times.
Flexible Workspace Management

Booking desks for our hybrid work setup was quick and easy, and the app helped everyone know who’s in the office each day.

It would be great if the app showed more analytics on desk usage, but the core functionality works well.
Office Booking with Ease
Yorumlar: very efficient and organised way of booking and seeing who is in the office.

Easy use. Clear and concise. Not too many clicks needed to record and book what you want.
Eksileri:
Email confirmations of bookings. It can be annoying to have to bin them and clogs up email feeds. I assume there is a setting option I can change to do this but have not yet had the time to explore.
Efficient Product

This product helps to organize appointments for the user and the customer.

It is harder to use on a cellular device than on a computer, but still managable.

Solid Product!
Yorumlar: We were looking for a desk booking software as out company returned to office. We had a few key issues when considering what product to go with - a tight budget, employees on several (5+!) Google acccount instances as well as a part of the company on Microsoft. Getting employees onboarded via QR for the most part was very smooth, although manually uploading employees was a bit of a pain as it was through .csv file only. Employees adapted to the app pretty quickly and required very little reminding on how to use it.

Intuitive interface, great customer support, easy install/onboarding, great price compared to competitors.

Some tasks like deleting bookings takes a long time, only being able to upload users via .csv is a little bit of a pain, some data is difficult to access (specifically bookings that auto-cancel due to not checking in)

Thanks for your feedback. With the latest release, now you can choose between the automatic provision of users through SCIM or CSV1, making it easier to edit, delete, or add multiple users at once!

Nützliches und anwendungsfreundliches Tool

Deskbird eignet sich besonders gut, um den eigenen Arbeitsplatz zu reservieren und um Räume zu buchen (für Büro-Gebäude/-Flächen). Man kann auch seine Arbeitszeiten im Überblick behalten. Führungskräfte können außerdem nachvollziehen, wie hoch die Auslastung von Räumen oder Gebäuden ist, wenn sich Mitarbeitende in Büros (Präsenz) einbuchen. So erkennen auch andere Mitarbeiter: innen wer am Standort ist und wo diese sitzen.
Eksileri:
Ich bin zufrieden mit Deskbird. Man könnte eventuell einige Funktionen in andere Programme integrieren. Über MS Outlook ist es aber zum Beispiel bereits verknüpft.
Gutes Raum- und Tischbuchungstool

Vor allem die Möglichkeit, meine favorisierten Schreibtische zu hinterlegen und über die Schnellbuchung zu buchen, ist toll. Außerdem kann ich immer nachschauen, wer noch alles am Standort ist, und wo die Person gerade sitzt, sollte ich etwas mit ihr auf dem kurzen Dienstweg besprechen wollen.

Ich bin an vielen verschiedenen Standorten unterwegs und die größte Challenge ist dabei nicht, die Tische und Räume zu buchen, sondern diese dann auch vor Ort zu finden. Sehr oft scheitert man schon daran, dass der Eingang zum Gebäude nicht auffindbar ist, und selbst wenn, die Eingänge bzw. Bürotüren nicht offen sind. Dies ist mit Sicherheit kein Software-Problem, aber durchaus ein Problem in der Realität, das nachträglich die Experience kaputt macht, weil man die gebuchten Räume und Tische nicht nutzen kann. Hier vielleicht die Verantwortlichen mehr schulen, wie sie Möglichkeiten schaffen und kommunizieren, dass wirklich alle MAs die Tische, die sie buchen, auch nutzen können.

Does what is says and is easy to use

This platform is easy to use and is mobile friendly. The app makes the process of booking desks and rooms a breeze.

Sometimes it can be hard to see who's where after you have booked your desk or room. You can see who's booked to be in the office but you cannot see where they are. Sometimes having booked a desk and where you're at an early offsite meeting, it would be great to have other options to hold the booked desk as you were going to use it after 11am.

Das Set an Features ist über die Buchung von Arbeitsplätzen hinaus sehr limitiert. Uns würden konfigurierbare Rollenprofile helfen, um verschiedenen internen Stakeholdern unterschiedliche Bereiche des Admin-Centers zur Verfügung zu stellen und eine kleine Workflow Engine, um Arbeitsprozesse nach der Buchung von Besprechungsräumen auslösen zu können. Aktuell kann deskbird nicht das zentrale Tool für die interne Bewirtung/den internen Service werden.

Very user friendly and very efficient. The tool does what is needs to do.

It allows one user to book multiple desks which should not be possible for every user (if Manager can do it, it is reasonable). I also noticed if someone cancels the desk for a day, it still appears as they are in at a glance view, but when we click on floor plan it does not appear.
Cooles und einfaches Platzbuchungstool
Yorumlar: Super - sehr tolles Tool und sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Support ist auch immer sehr freundlich und schnell.

Man kann seinen eigenen Platz ganz einfach und schnell buchen. Wenn man einen freien Platz oder Parkplatz sucht, zeigt es direkt den nächst-besten Platz an. Das Design ist schlicht aber übersichtlich. Das Tool ist sehr selbsterklärend.
Eksileri:
Keine Programmierung im Hintergrund möglich für Mitarbeitende, die Teilzeit arbeiten. Ausserdem finde ich persönlich den "Speichern"-Knopf im Admin-Teil etwas schlecht platziert. So passiert es mir oft, dass ich das Speichern vergesse und wieder von Neuem beginnen muss.
