Yorumlar: Overall we have been very satisfied; we don't often need customer support, as we have our own DevOps team, but when we do need it, it's available promptly.

DoiT provides a valuable service that not only costs us nothing, but actually saves us money. They promptly respond to our queries, and proactively notify us about infrastructure problems, and they provide us dashboards and metrics to monitor our services and spending.

There isn't much to dislike. An API to export spending information would be valuable to enable us to create combined reports, so maybe that's something they can implement in the future.
