Able to send email, integrate whatsapp, conduct video calls without third party app. Showcasing edetailers. Able to display different languages. PowerBI dashboards built-in is also essential for managers and admins. Platforce is flexible with customization and cost effective

Customization of certain functions can be costly (though, let's be fair, way easier and much less costly than doing customization with OCE/Veeva). Implementation of new features requires the project owner to think through first, as tech team may be too tech. but common problem with almost all IT partners, not exclusive to Platforce
