> **Eksileri**: The support from the AI bot has actually been very poor and unhelpful so far. Unfortunately, the same can be said about the real support: up to now, not a single request regarding the functionality has been adjusted or resolved.

> We have now been working with Bitrix24 in a trial phase for about six months, currently with around 12 people. The system has since fulfilled its purpose and supports us well alongside our existing system. However, we have to do without some functions, which is not ideal.

In the meantime, we have engaged a Gold partner who supports us from time to time. Unfortunately, his help is still limited on some topics. Although we are still in the trial phase, it looks like we will switch to Bitrix24 despite the limitations. The final decision is planned for the end of the year, and then we plan a complete transition.
