Great video marketing platform

I like how easy it is to upload, edit and publish to all social media channels and tracking all the videos and if I have any questions the customer success team always helps with solutions and answers.

It takes some time to learn the platform, but customer success team is great there and always helpful!

A great video / webinar management software!

To us, the most important is that we could integrate twentythree with our marketing automation tool (Marketo), so we are able to track in marketo the contacts that watched videos, webinars, replays. Moreover, we can score our leads based on very detailed metrics such as how much % of a video a viewer has watched, etc.

Not really anything to says as cons, the support is also very helpful!

Great webinar tool with some integration issues

Integration between 23 and HubSpot doesn’t work well at all, contacts that signed up get lost in the process. Customer help is trying their best, but it took close to 2 months to get a response

Yorumlar: I was not in this project from the beginning on. As my colleague left to the maternity leave i took over after there where already some internal trainings on the usage happening. It was not easy for me to check in and understand the tool propperly. Lucky me we had some meetings with [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and he was very paitent and gave alot of helpful tips. I love, that the support is always very fast reacting.

I really love, how the Frontend page looks like for our consumers. For the user its very easy to click trough all the video's, the attachments are nicely added (could be a bit more visible).

I was hoping that the webinar function will be more advanced or even similar to Zoom or Teams. Unfortunatly it is not the way we would like to interact during our Educational Trainings. There was alot of techinal issues like the screensharing was not working, huge delay on the chat, no interaction.if you share your screen you can not see yourself or the chat anymore. Thats why we will not use it for webinars,

Forget Youtube, Vimeo or any other video platform.

One of my favorite features is the Video Hub (Created by TwenthyThree). Another feature I really like is the possibility to add an action to your video’s. We already use this feature a lot, and intend to implement to more videos to come. Video Interaction is hot in 2019. Interactive video offers a new world of opportunities. With Actions, I can make any video interactive and further drive the engagement of our audience. TwentyThree Webinars is a great addition to the platform. At Foleon we give 4-5 webinars a month so it was a no-brainer for us to start using it! It is incredibly easy to set-up the webinars. My favorite feature is the video playback panel which allows us to play pre-recorded videos during our webinar. Something that also really gets me excited is the use of gear mode within the webinar room, being able to add custom intros, outro’s, transitions and lower thirds in OBS is the dream of every video content creator. We are living in a time where you can’t ignore video any more. Forget Youtube, Vimeo or any other video platform. TwentyThree is the way for all companies to reach the next level when it comes to video marketing.

If You Haven't Tried TwentyThree, You Aren't Capturing Your Full Video Potential

Yorumlar: I have been using TwentyThree for a few months now, but following the company for longer. You truly don't full grasp how important it is to have video data of this quality until you actually have it. As we start to increase our use of video, with TwentyThree I am able to constantly analyze what is working and what isn't. I can start to better understand audience engagement with my content. And even with the use of the collector tool I can capture people when they are most invested and create the ability for them to reach out and get more information. If you want to take your video marketing to the next level, you need to look into TwentyThree!

With TwentyThree, it's possible to see video data on a whole other level. You can see exactly where people stopped watching, where people repeated certain parts of a clip, etc. I can the embed my video anywhere and have access to audience insights that I can use to grow my video marketing capabilities. It's an incredible platform that has provided users with so much more power than ever before. And not only is their platform helpful to my daily video marketing, but they are leaders in the video marketing realm and constantly provide us with tips (sometimes via Webinar, another super cool function) for how to improve and grow!

The ability to go in and out of sharing your screen during a webinar is a bit difficult, but it's something that can easily be solved by asking the TwentyThree team for help.

Top-class customer care

Yorumlar: We wanted to convert a high number of video views into actual leads. We are on the road to achieving this, but takes time, as with any new software. While some things can be tricky to find and take time to set up, I have been move than happy with 23's customer care team and its responsiveness. They alleviate frustration quickly. In our negotiations, 23 were helpful and did their best to help tailor a solution that fitted our business, meaning that we more easily could get the investment to pay off and make sense.

Great tool for everything video related

Yorumlar: Very good. Customer support is excellent, and we've been using the collector function to great success. We're big fans of having an integrated video hub for all our video material.

It is a bit difficult to learn the software, obviously, but after learning it, it is very easy and enjoyable to use.

Great tool for your online events

Yorumlar: I would definitely recommend TwentyThree for any company using webinars for online events and lead generation.

The TwentyThree webinar tool is very user friendly. It takes only a few min. to setup and you are ready to go. Once you have your setup ready it's very easy to close and use previous webinars as a template for the upcoming webinars. I also love the fact that you can customize everything to be inline with our brand - domains, logos and colours - everything is customisable.

It's a bit difficult to showcase audience questions live on the screen when they are too long (in the chat).

Loving the innovation!

Yorumlar: We have monthly webinars that need to be hosted so that our customers can reach them when needed. 23 allows us to do this with ease and even organize the way we present out video content to the world. The experience using 23 has been great and I look forward to getting more out of the platform.

The platform is extremely intuitive. Being intuitive allows more ideas to play around with the platform comes naturally and we get to use the full extent of the software more quickly. I love the customer support as well, they are great at getting back to the questions asked really quick and try to work out a custom solution as well.

The filtering options while listing out/organizing videos is a little lacking and have to make do with the options at hand. That being said the search engine they have on there is great and helps you to get what your looking for really quickly.

I like the data availability and accessibility to qualified pople who can help with data questions. The methodology for collecting data appears sound and well rationalized.

It may not be the software fault but beware that twenty three data collection will be different from your online measurement systems..(Google, Adobe, etc...) A better API to online measurement needs to be developed so data collection can be similar.

An astounding video marketing solution

Yorumlar: We work closely with 23 as a partner and avid user of their platform and couldn't recommend it higher in terms of cultural fit, consolidated dashboard / analytics and ease of integration. The team are great to deal with.

Easy of integration

Yorumlar: We are able to quickly launch new videos and promote these on different platforms. And all data is integrated to Marketo, which significantly improves our lead scoring and interest profiling on our customers and prospects.

The ease of integration on both sides. It's so easy to publish a video on social platforms. And it's also easy to integrate the platform with marketing automation, such as Marketo. The integration with Marketo enables you to recognize who viewed which video to what extend, which can be leveraged to complete interest profiling and buying score.

The statistics are good, but it would be great to be filter out your own views (e.g. based on IP address for example).

TwentyThree

Yorumlar: Overall, I found that all of my business/personal needs can be met with features available for free on YouTube, so I didn't really see a reason to continue to use/pay for TwentyThree.

It's great for webinars, there are lots of customization options. It also integrates well with social media platforms, so it's easy to share videos once they're created.

Eksileri:

It's ridiculously expensive (starting at $199.00/month). I don't understand why someone would use this product while there are a number of other video hosting sites with the same features (such as YouTube) which are absolutely free. Also, it's pretty difficult to learn the program and it takes a long time to set up.

Video Software is Helpful
