They are constantly iterating, rolling out new features, and refining the platform based on real feedback. For our beach equipment rental business, the online booking flow is seamless, inventory tracking is accurate, and payment processing is smooth. It makes managing inventory and scheduling deliveries hassle-free. > > **Eksileri**: As with any rapidly evolving software, occasionally new feature rollouts or UI updates require a short adjustment period to tweak our workflow, but customer support is responsive whenever questions come up. > > Booqable has been an essential tool for running and scaling our rental business. It handles online reservations, inventory tracking, and payments seamlessly in one place. Knowing that the team behind Booqable is actively building and improving the software gives us full confidence that it will continue supporting our growth. ----- ### "Happy Camper" — 5.0/5 > **Raygen** | *2 Ağustos 2026* | Makine | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10 > > **Artılar**: Booqable has been a great addition to my Rental Company. My customers love being able to book online 24/7. This process frees me and my employees up to put our energy into more important tasks. Being able to book a customer support call has been very helpful. I primarily deal with \[sensitive content hidden\] as my customer service rep and it’s been very positive. I have come across this that Booqable can’t do yet but they always take my request into account and see if they can continue to improve my experience. All in all it’s been great. > > **Eksileri**: Something’s are limiting but they’re continuing working on capabilities . Sometimes not being able to get ahold of customer service immediately can be frustrating. But with the Ai tool and the help section a lot can be done without the help of a rep. > > Positive experience working with Booqable. Customer service is great. Integrated apps work well ----- ### "NO SUPPORT outside of their time zone." — 1.0/5 > **Paul** | *7 Temmuz 2025* | İnşaat | Recommendation rating: 1.0/10 > > **Artılar**: When it works... to often when experiencing an issue or need help with a how-to issue, support is nowhere to be found. > > **Eksileri**: NO SUPPORT\! I have an equipment rental business and have been down all day with a "You are already signed in " error. I'm not signed in anywhere else and there is no way to end all sessions if one got hung. Unacceptable\! I have customers who want to book, and now I'm having to do everything manually. I've tried writing customer support but have gotten 0 responses. They have no support number to call or anything... so I'm screwed. They're based in the Netherlands, so either they are too busy getting high or sleeping. If you run an international company, you MUST provide 24-hour support. I dislike writing negative reviews and can understand technical issues, but you must at least support the time zones in which you're trying to do business. Looking for alternatives... I'm done Booqable. > > Beyond disappointed as it's affecting my bottom line. They want to be an international company, but only in their time zone. ----- ### "A Must-Have Platform for Growing Event Rental Businesses" — 5.0/5 > **Yash** | *20 Temmuz 2026* | Eğlence | Recommendation rating: 7.0/10 > > **Artılar**: As the owner of Event Ease Party Rentals, Booqable has been a game changer for our business. The platform is easy to use, professional, and designed specifically for rental companies. The inventory management system helps us keep track of our rental items, availability, and bookings in real time, which has significantly reduced scheduling errors. The online webshop makes it easy for customers to browse products, request quotes, and make payments, giving our business a much more professional appearance. We also appreciate the ability to create custom email templates, contracts, invoices, and payment reminders, which has streamlined our booking process and improved customer communication. Customer support has been excellent whenever we've had questions or needed assistance. Booqable continues to release new features and improvements that help rental businesses operate more efficiently. Overall, the platform provides great value for the money and has helped us save time while growing our business. > > **Eksileri**: While Booqable is an excellent rental management platform, there are a few areas that could be improved. We would love to see more customization options for automated emails and customer-facing documents. Additional reporting and analytics features would also help track revenue trends, item performance, and customer behavior. There are occasional limitations with integrations and workflow automation that require manual workarounds. However, the Booqable team is consistently improving the platform and actively listens to customer feedback. These are relatively minor concerns compared to the overall value and functionality the system provides. ----- ### "100% Recommend Booqable\!" — 5.0/5 > **Ryan** | *7 Eylül 2026* | Etkinlik Hizmetleri | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Artılar**: The entire system is very user friendly and has worked great for my inflatable rental startup. I love the app to as I’m able to use it on the go with customers. > > **Eksileri**: Some features like the app and other preferences aren’t offered with the base plan. That said, it has everything I need in the base plan and I love the product. > > Great overall experience. Customer service is excellent, product is very user friendly and offers lots of ways to accommodate different business models. ----- Page: 1 / 49\ İleri: [Next page](https://www.capterra.web.tr/software/138689/booqable?page=2) ## Links - [View on Capterra](https://www.capterra.web.tr/software/138689/booqable) ## This page is available in the following languages | Locale | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | de-CH | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-IL | | | en-IN | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-AR | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-CR | | | es-DO | | | es-EC | | | es-MX | | | es-PA | | | es-PE | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | fr-LU | | | it | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | | pl | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | | sv | | | tr | | ----- ## Structured Data
