Other employee tracking tools do not support this kind of detailed log view. > > **Eksileri**: System is not support iOS and Android OS. Many of the employees and contractors are willing to use mobile or tablet devices instead of using a Mac or laptop. > > Our operations team is happy to use Insigftful. We are using the tool for 3 years and have not faced any issues. ----- ### "UI-Friendly application for time tracking" — 5.0/5 > **Krishna** | *17 Ağustos 2026* | Online Medya | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10 > > **Artılar**: Its great UI-friendly interface for beginners, and I really like the ease of use for the purpose of time tracking. > > **Eksileri**: Sometimes the software is not so efficient working on low-RAM devices, hence causing slow output and poor user experience. ----- ### "Solid addition to daily operation" — 5.0/5 > **Mihaela-Manuela** | *17 Ağustos 2026* | Tüketici Hizmetleri | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10 > > **Artılar**: Quick replies, intuitive dashboard, and reliable time tracking that integrates smoothly into daily workflow. Reporting features make it easy to review productivity trends at a glance, and the interface requires minimal onboarding. > > **Eksileri**: There are a few areas that could use some polish. Every so often, certain features feel a bit less intuitive than others, and it can take a moment to figure out the best way to get things done. Some parts of the interface seem like they could be streamlined further, and navigating between sections isn't always as smooth as it could be. Reporting sometimes feels a little limited depending on what you're trying to accomplish, and there are moments where responsiveness could be better. Nothing major, but small inconsistencies here and there add up over time, and a bit more refinement across the board would go a long way. > > Insightful has been a solid addition to daily operations, offering clear visibility into time management and task progress without adding unnecessary complexity. It's dependable for day-to-day use, though a few refinements on reporting speed and mobile parity would make it even stronger. ----- ### "Horrible" — 1.0/5 > **Yehuda** | *31 Ağustos 2022* | Sağlık, Sağlıklı Yaşam ve Fitness | Recommendation rating: 0.0/10 > > **Artılar**: Never got it to work properly so there is nothing positive i can say about it. > > **Eksileri**: Umm...the customer service number doesn't connect to anyone and then hangs you up. I have been using this service for about 3 months and have gotten nowhere. > > Terrible product. Terrible support. ----- ### "Easy to use, recommended." — 5.0/5 > **Rudd** | *23 Haziran 2026* | İnşaat Mühendisliği | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10 > > **Artılar**: This was super easy to implement across 200 users via Intune. It works almost flawlessly and has very good dashboards for following up. The api allows automations to run off certain triggers and statistics. > > **Eksileri**: Occasionally the system tray Icon dosn't appear - a reset of the computer usually resolves it but that's unoptimal. > > Excellent. Their customer support has been top notch and the product perfectly does what it is intended to do. ----- Page: 1 / 11\ İleri: [Next page](https://www.capterra.web.tr/software/142813/Insightful?page=2) ## Links - [View on Capterra](https://www.capterra.web.tr/software/142813/Insightful) ## This page is available in the following languages | Locale | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | de-CH | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-IL | | | en-IN | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-AR | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-CR | | | es-DO | | | es-EC | | | es-MX | | | es-PA | | | es-PE | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | fr-LU | | | it | | | ja | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | | tr | | ----- ## Structured Data
