I am always thinking "this would be better in Airtable" when I am in a spreadsheet or another database. When issues are escalated to senior leadership you are met with blame and rudeness. Financial processes are a mess. Late invoicing, demanding immediate payment. There is no functionality in place that prevents you from going over seats/licenses and this is by design - it allows Airtable to continually hit you with overage fees. > > Absolutely horrible - there is no amount of good tech that is worth dealing with this horrible account management.
