Also, it's a simple to use platform which I appreciate. I have easy access to my data (my list). Another thing that I like is that they implement a verification process to get into my account. I think it's 2 weeks. However, they do give you the option to download them as a csv which is nice. You just need to catch it in time and download. Of course if you upgrade to a paid version you have access to your data at any time. Not having long term access is a price I'm willing to pay at the moment. The emails are fairly simple to make, however as a past graphic designer, I find myself wondering why the platform won't do a certain thing design wise but it's never been a big deal.
