TabulaPro's niche is that they will customize the product to fit the needs of each facility. While this process made implementation longer than usual, the end product far surpasses the one-size-fits-all methodology other, similar software uses. For example, there were a couple minor things we missed from our previous EHR, so the team at TabulaPro added that functionality in to their product for us. Additionally, their customer service throughout the process from the beginning has been outstanding; this is not a company that will leave you high and dry when problems occur.
