Excellent Software for the Vehicle Rentals

Yorumlar: With the business problems we had, we were looking for a solution that would allow us to manage internal and external fleet use. The Support team at HQ is outstanding and they really are "solution Mode" Folks.

Yorumlar: I like the system very much. I have had great support from Marco as he has helped me navigate through many issues we were having and took his time and had patience explaining all to me, even if it was repeating himself again to me so I understood.

I like the way it tracks everything for your company. You out have to make sure all information is entered properly an hq will do the rest.

NO SUPPORT

Yorumlar: OVERALL IT HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE USING THIS SOFTWARE, I WOULDNT RECOMMEND IT EVEN IT WAS FREE.

ONLY THING I LIKED WAS THE TOLL INTEGRATION, BUT THERE'S OTHER COMPANIES THAT CAN PROVIDE THE SAME FEATURE.

THE SOFTWARE IS EXTREMELY COMPLICATED AND NOT USER FRIENDLY. TO TOP IT OFF THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS BY FAR THE WORST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN ANY BUSINESS. YOURE LUCKY IF THEY PICK UP THE PHONE. BUT LETS SAY THEY ACTUALLY PICK UP THE PHONE, DONT EXPECT TO GET ANY TYPE OF SUPPORT, THEYLL JUST ASK YOU TO SUBMIT A TICKET EVERY SINGLE TIME AND SOMEONE WILL GET BACK TO YOU HOURS IF NOT DAYS LATER. WHEN IT COMES TO THE SOFTWARE FROM A CUSTOMERS POINT OF VIEW, GOOD LUCK BECAUSE IT IS NOT USER FRIENDLY FOR THEM AS WELL. THE COMPANY HAS POTENTIAL BUT WHOEVER IS RUNNING IT NEEDS TO DO A BETTER JOB STRUCTURING AND LISTENING TO THEIR CUSTOMERS,

Yorumlar: Overall, I'd certainly recommend them. They're not a terrible choice. Certainly better than our experience with Rentall and only slightly better than Rently. You can't go wrong with either HQ or Rently. I'd only recommend Rently over HQ if you have business outside of the US.

I disliked how messy the UI was. Overall, the data entry experience, especially for 2024, was very outdated. There should've been more integrations than were available. I know we definitely would've paid for them. An integrations marketplace might spice things up

Professional, smart software and integrations

Yorumlar: Excellent system and support team with many options for integrations.

Initially unsure about using the software as I had local options however am now confident I made the right choice. I still have a few minor items to work through but am becoming more confident with the system. The support system is great. We started renting straight away with a professional integration and system with our website. I was given a mentor for setting up - [sensitive content hidden] - who has answered many questions and provided detailed training. He is very knowledgeable and will go our of his way to assist. I needed assistance on many items initially which wasn't an issue for the team. I was given multiple options to assist me learn the system including zoom meetings, step by step videos and handbook. They consistently follow up and check in which was helpful.

- GST options for Au - but team have worked around as far as possible - Would like to integrate with Verizon -24/7 support via phone would make it 10/10 but have been able to work around most times - would be happy to pay for this option - Still integrating some payments but this is being updated

HQ Rental Software Ürününe Geçme Nedenleri: Spoke to sales team from HQ who did not pressure us to sign up. They spent time running through the detail prior and gave free trial and assisted with mock scenarios. Extremely helpful in making our decision.
