GMass gives you some ideas for working around this, but it's best to consider staying within the posted limits. It does not include pre-built email templates or an "email builder" like you would see in a marketing tool like SquareSpace. You are limited to what you can compose in GMail, or by building an email with HTML and importing the raw HTML in yourself. (Embedding images are another issue.)
