We spent countless hours setting up our home inventory in their system only to find s ourselves held hostage by an escalating subscription model that just crested $299 per month. This is highway robbery for consumers who only use their system for managing a home inventory for insurance purposes. When one considers how businesses transact and manage an inventory vs a home user, it would seem relatively simple to create pricing models that focus on monthly transaction volume as opposed to just record count but they were unwilling to work with me on a reasonable solution other than reducing the items in my home inventory. Three things... 1) There needs to be a better 'transactional' procedure for me to "checkout" items to employees from our inventory that I know they are not bringing back. I know that I can move them to a separate file for tracking but I want the peace of mind to know that they are out of my system completely and not involved in any sort of my inventory count. 2) I would like the ability to further customize my labels. I need mainly barcodes on the labels but there are only two sizes offered for them which means I have to print out a qr code label with all the pertinent information on it, then add a barcode. I know they both scan the same but I have barcode scanners that I need to use so a barcode has to be on there. 3) I have my inventory listed in 'sections' so I would like to see a feature where I could print off an inventory checklist for someone to count an individual section and report back so that I can make adjustments. > > My overall experience has been great and I will continue to use this product for years to come.
