Yorumlar: We've had a really good experience with Zoho Assist so far. It was easy to deploy, it's very easy to use, and requires no effort on the end user.

Artılar:

It's simplicity. We can use on demand support, which is super easy for an end user to use, or unattended access. We deployed this through Intune and now we can connect to all machines without needing the end user to be present. We also used the free trial to make sure we were happy with the product and the salesperson was always quick to respond to questions.

Zoho assist, a fantastic option for remote help!

Yorumlar: Positive. I’ve been using Zoho Assist for a while now, and it’s honestly been a huge help for our business! As an HVAC company with users spread out across different areas, I often need to troubleshoot and manage remote systems, and Zoho Assist has made that so much easier. The unattended access feature is a game-changer—it lets me handle issues and do maintenance even when the user isn't around, saving me a ton of time. The security features are rock solid, too. With encryption and multi-factor authentication, I know our data is safe. Plus, the fact that I can use it across different platforms is a huge bonus. One of the best parts is how simple it is to use. The real-time chat and screen-sharing features make working with clients super smooth, especially when I use a an app like FaceTime or Team to compliment the experience. Overall, Zoho Assist has really helped us step up our game, making our work more efficient. If you’re looking for a reliable, secure remote access tool, I’d definitely recommend giving it a try!

My 20 years experience of remote acces software.

Yorumlar: I have been using Splashtop, Teamviewer, Logmein and VNC. For the pass 20 years as tools for remote access to my customers' computers. It's been a few months with Zoho Assist and the switch seem to be my next solution.

#1 The wide range of devices compatibility. (Linux & Android) are not always there on other solution out there. #2 The quality of the connection and option for me to control them. #3 The ease of the installation for my costumers, #4 Support from Zoho in ANY of their app is better than any I have seen.(Call, email & Chat).

#1Compare to other, the main page is not very intuitive. Lots of poking around before finding where everything is.#2 Lots of unused option remain there even if I don't have access to them. #3 Some menu seems redundant and could easily be merged into one.#4 The Zoho apps have ONE information in common in all of them "CONTACT INFORMATION" and yet in all of Zoho app there is no standard among them, regarding contact information. There is not even a Contact app to manage that common information about all Zoho tools.

Yorumlar: Before trying out Zoho Assist, i was using another product until one fine day some critical problem on their server knocked it out for a few hours.
i have used Zoho Assist for a few days now and it feels almost like it is not there. This is really difficult to achieve for most of the in-your-face software packages available in the market. Once you connect to a remote client, it is as if you are working on your own computer.
This is the perfect remote assistance software.

* browser-based entirely. you don't have to install another software to provide assistance. * Super smooth connectivity * easy on pockets * translates keys-strokes between platforms (i use it from my linux to connect to a remote Mac, and i don't have to bother about translating my, for example, CTRL + S to CMD + S to save my files. * does not bother with constant ads or purchase requests

Eksileri:

Cons are a little difficult to find. If i have to be really picky, i would probably say it is the default graphics quality of the remote client that is streamed. But then, remote desktop/assistance is not supposed to be used for multimedia entertainment. And again, it is configurable in the settings, so it is not a bother.

Zoho remote assist is very fast to connet even the remote computer is running with slow bandwith. In addition, the file transfer feature of Zoho is reliable with no transfer failures between computers. The oline and downtime feature under the admin center is highly required by any IT support person.

1_Some computers when using the volume agent deployment tool of Zoho assist fail to connect even after being added to the list of computers. 2_Another challenge, some computers ask for further admin approval from remote computer even the agent tool has been deployed. 3)The zoho assist app launches very slowly.

Yorumlar: Have been using the product for 8 years without incident. I have agents that have been installed and active for years now and it's a very small file and low system performance impact.

It just works. It's super easy to use and easy to install and get active. I use both the unattended and the on-demand with great success.

I don't really have any cons, but if there were one, it's that the company doesn't push to always be immediately verified with Windows Defender, so sometimes the assist app gets flagged and auto-deleted, so then I have to explain to customers how to select the "keep anyway" thing.

Best valued remote support product

Yorumlar: At first, I was using the email invite method and that did not work for my clients. Email delays and the invite being detected as junk or spam made the process not acceptable. When I switched to have the client visit the custom join URL to enter the session ID made the process much smoother and quicker. The session is smooth with little to no hesitation and colors and image quality is acceptable for remote support. This product is very good, and the price makes it even better. I highly recommend this product.

The value of this products is very good. Using the specific join URL is the easiest way to connect. Performance is good and image quality is good.

Eksileri:

When using Assist for a tablet or smart phone is difficult with all the approvals needed before able to connect. It would be nice if there is a minimum permission approval and later the ability to elevate permissions if needed. I think most connection require a minimum of permissions.

The ability to use it from a Desktop App to a mobile device was a very important feature. It is very easy to use and very reliable.

Not much. It would only be a nuisance if you had to manage more than 50-75 computers since everything is listed on one screen. It would be nice to group computers into folders or sections to manage multiple companies. But if you are if you are running under 75 computers unattended, the search feature makes finding your computer very easy.

Newer Mac users need a little guidance to get through the permission, but once that is done, it is done for good. Connecting to Windows devices could not be simpler.

Yorumlar: I've been using the unattended mode for a couple of years and before that the free session version. Overall it is simple to use and has a nice set of tools.

Stable, easy to deploy. nice set of remote tools (cmd, powershell, file transfer, services, local users, etc.) in addition to an awesome remote control interface all from a web based interface. There is also a software install if you don't want to use a web interface. It's basically the same, so I'm not sure why you wouldn't just use the web interface.

The web interface where it lists the devices needs some simple things added. Such as sortable columns. Currently you can only sort on the device name column. It would also be nice to be able add additional columns such as os build, model, serial number etc.
