It's a 'set it and forget it' kind of system that can save you a lot of money with no effort. Customs service is excellent, someone usually gets back to inquiries immediately or within a few hours. > > **Eksileri**: The trickiest part of the set up process for us was verifying that we were actually getting the money back that AuditShipment said we were. Since AuditShipment puts their email address in to receive refund confirmation emails from the courier, the only way to verify is to cross reference individual refunds on our credit card statement or Canada Post invoices. This is as much a problem with the way Canada Post does billing as it is with the AuditShipment system, however. My suggestion for AuditShipment would be to offer users the option to opt into being CC'd on refund confirmations from couriers. That being said, once we had figured the system out, we didn't see any discrepancies in what we were being charged for vs. what we were actually getting. > > Overall the service really does seem too good to be true. No one is monitoring their live chat, and no follow-up is made via email from live chat requests that were made and went unanswered. After sending a support request via email I did receive a response but it was not helpful. Additional support was still needed and there has not been any response via email now for several weeks. > > So far the experience has been bad.
