Pros: The software was easy to use. Our office especially liked the calendar and scheduling functions.
Cons: Our practice is located on the East coast of the United States. Chirosoft is based out of the West coast. Anytime we had to call customer service we had to wait until 11am eastern time because their customer service office did not open until 8am pacific time. This ultimately became a large problem because if their was an issue with the software , it became unusable from the hours of 8am-11am, which are peak morning hours in our practice.
